Made a huge mistake and got the load to this hell All the negative reviews are correct . No actual restroom, 11 pallets 5 hours still haven’t touched my trailer, reefer is burning fuel for nothing, simple load bagged carrot . Counting is by bags ; a teenager could handle this . But the issue is that a driver doesn’t mean anything here! Does he/she need food, restroom, water …. If you are facility and keeping trucks for hours you should provide these human needs"

"Drivers, DON'T COME HERE EARLY! You will be told to leave. And you know in NJ there's no where to park. We'll see when I return how long the unload of 4 pallets is going to be. Given A dock at my exact appointment time, couple of the docks can be tricky because of construction dumpsters. Was unloaded in about an hour, another half hour for paperwork. Overall mediocre receiver. Wouldn't mind going back."

"Can’t look at meal plans before providing payment info. Once we provided our card info, we realized we did not like the meals offered as they were calorie dense with little protein. Tried to cancel that order immediately but was unable to, due to it being late at night and no one from customer service was available. Forgot about it the next day, the meals arrived the day after. Food was fresh, however the prep time is about double what they estimate and you have little leftovers if any. Before we knew it, my card was charged again for the next order (we were given no opportunity to pick meals). I called and tried to cancel - It wasn’t made clear to me that this was an ongoing thing and would be a pain to cancel. I did cancel the account overall but they refused to cancel the second order claiming they need 5 days before delivery to cancel/refund. If you’re looking for something to make weeknight meals quick & convenient this is NOT it. Meals are good, but take forever to make and are not very nutritious."
