"Good Evening Doctor Khatri, I wanted to note that I have never been denied access to a medical provider from one phone call, until NOW. Doctor Khatri: You have NO idea who I am, what I'm suffering with, what brings me pleading at your doorstep. You don't know nor care that I have recently been diagnosed with chronic migraines that are life altering and have landed me in the ER multiple times as they present with stroke like symptoms. You don't care that all I want is EDUCATION on what migraines are, how to LIVE with them and how to prevent them. You don't care that the anxiety I suffer from the fear of having another "big one" is overwhelming. I am not seeking testing, medication, or anything of that sort. I am seeking education on what I LIVE WITH EVERYDAY - NOT YOU. I can try and understand the incredible lack of compassion that many doctors, such as yourself, have and it will continue to boggle my mind. I also understand that you deal with relentless patients and life ending diagnosis that you need to service first. However, you wouldn't even take the time to see me and you were able to come to that conclusion after a 2 minute phone call in which I looked to the "headache specialists" for information on my headaches? You refuse to do 2nd opinions? I don't WANT A SECOND OPINION. I SUFFER from migraines and need no other opinion. What I stated is fact. This leads me to believe you are less than credible in your mission as a doctor and I am sorry to have wasted my time on your office.
