"It's not the doctors. It's one main receptionist that is one way in this office and him and his family are hell raisers otherwise. They are not courteous people. They have no regard for the people around them. The most disrespectful, uncivilized group of people. They harass my family and I on a daily basis. I just know there is a code of conduct and ethics that he and his family should be aware of. It's not just in your position at work it is also how you represent a company outside and Danny from the Atco office...lord him and his family are tyrants. Banging on walls and floors all day long. Waking my son and I up on school nights 1,2,3am. Just ignorant people. Today is the day I tell it!!!"
"It is difficult to describe the fullness of my experience. I am a professional. My undergraduate background in communications and PR leaves me shaking my head…..this is an extremely large practice and clearly the CEO is not getting the message That no one is managing the offices! While the support staff and physicians have been for the most helpful and treatment appropriate, the system for getting help, scheduling appointments, getting my recent MRI referral Sent to me or a provider was only accomplished after 6 phone calls and over a week of trying to accomplish this goal. My MRI was authorized August 24, 2022. I’ll see if SJRadiolgy finally receives the referral today! If I had a choice, I’d seek a smaller practice! Bigger is not Better."
"They are the worst. Signed up of a theracic back procedure that was not done. They just did another flaset procedure. Then they did an injection for my hip through my back, which collapses my back. That was done on Friday so when I had a major problems from that I called for 2 weeks in severe pain and I could not even get a phone call. Then when that happened the 2nd time. I freaked out on them but it did not matter. They over book, lie to you and are just all about the money. When they get a good Dr. That Dr. Leaves. Relievus is the worst place I ever had to deal with. When you need them the most DON'T count on them. If you have concerns make sure you do not talk to anyone except for the head Dr Lee. If you can because anyone else will never tell Dr. Lee what's really going on in those places. You bring facts and proof of all other treatments when they leave you out in the cold. All of these kinds of places should be put out of business. The oath they took to " do no harm "they ignore that oath. Just like every doctor these days. Instead of pulling together to fight of patients rights they have all caved in on there value as a physicians."
"I am a patient with Relievus. I started with Dr. Lee, he's a great doctor, for some reason I was switched to Dr. Rinnier. I see usually see his nurse practitioner Sandy who is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I saw Dr. Rinnier yesterday and I was belittled. It was my fault that the office did not call me to schedule epidural shots, they're the ones who have to get precertification. I'm self employed and I work through pain, my husband is terminally ill. So I put myself last. I'm just really dissappointed in my treatment the other day. As we were walking to the front desk, doc said "I will see you in 4 weeks." I actually said, " so you can beat me down next month!" We, as patients need to remember, these doctors work for us."
"I went to Relievus on 4/14/15 as my tailbone has been hurting now for over a year. I already saw my doctor, a spine doctor, 3 chiropractors and 2 physical therapists and no relief. My doctor told me to seek pain management. I had my MRI done and scheduled an appointment with the Relievus Cherry hill Office. One of the women doctors, Dr. Manabat, saw me but I do not like her style. She started off by calling me in the waiting room and walking away instead of waiting for me. Once in her office she seemed very rushed and did not seem very interested when I was answering the questions she was asking me as she would look away as if she were pre-occupied. She schedules me to get a compound cream and says someone may or may not call me to schedule an injection in 2 weeks if they do not I'm supposed to call them back. Seriously...who operates like this? Upon check out they tell me I am good to go I said what about my co-pay...they say "oh did we not collect that?" So it turns out I get a call from the Pharmacy. The prescription they called in the their Pharmacy is not covered and it would cost me hundreds for it. The Pharmacy offered a weaker substitute. So Wednesday morning 4/15 I call back and leave a message for Dr. Manabat if she thinks its okay for me to purchase the weaker brand or does she recommend something else. I ask the receptionist when can I expect a call back as I'm in a lot of pain...she said don't worry we will call you back. Here it is now 3 days Friday 4/17/15 and no call back. Hey Relievus!! Don't ever bother calling me back, you guys are terrible...YOUR FIRED!! Annie B. - No problem here I just wrote it out exactly how it happened with no embellishing. I left out the part when I was leaving the staff said I was free to go. I said don't you collect my co-pay and they say "Oh, did we not collect that" between the staff and Dr. Manabat I sure don't feel comfortable getting a needle injected in me with this unorganized Pain Magmt. Practice. I'm not some HMO, my PPO insurance allows me to go anywhere and I sure will go elsewhere. Annie B. - If you are in pain and called your new doctor who does not call you back...is that a place you want to continue to visit?"
