"We hired Ace Tile to tile our sunroom that was carpeted at the time we moved in. John walked us through step by step what it would take to accomplish the job the right way. John went with use to pick out tile to make sure we got the right tile and all other materials so that the job can be done right and be long lasting. John and Leila worked long hours and kept us apprised every step of the way. Although they are not the least expensive company, they are more than worth it. John is truly a master at his craft."

"John and Leila renovated my bathroom in the late winter/early spring of 2019. It was a very difficult and grinding job at first, with lots of twists and turns along the way, but John and Leila plugged away 5-6 days a week. Once the demo was done, John's expertise and meticulous work efforts really became evident. Everything was perfectly leveled, all of the grout lines were clean and excellent, and not a single corner was cut. I've seen pictures of hack jobs, and its easy to mess it up. This was not the case. It was perfectly done. I also want to add that John fairly priced changes along the way, including the well-received "I can do that for free" (like connecting the water lines to my new vanity). All in all I recommend. 10/10."

"John, Ace Tile, completely demolished and renovated our ugly old bathroom last year. He was extremely professional and did a beautiful job that will last. This year he ripped out and re-built a large master bathroom shower for us. Also very professional and beautiful. I would not recommend anyone else for tile work and bathroom renovations. His attention to detail does mean that his work can take a little longer but it will last a lot longer."

"Just about the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a "business". John was consistently late and didn’t even have the common courtesy to contact us to let us know that he was going to be late or that he could not make an appointment. Less than a week after signing a contract for the tile work of our kitchen floor and giving Ace Tile and Finishing our deposit, John accused us of pressuring him when we simply wanted to know when he could begin our project. After we reiterated that we were on a timeline and needed to know when he could begin he became aggressive and rude and informed us that he would not give us back our deposit (even though he did absolutely no work what so ever!) all before hanging up the phone on us. I suppose they needed the money more than we did. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Ace Tile and Finishing to anyone. When I attempted to file a complaint against Ace Tile and Finishing with the Better Business Bureau, I could not find any evidence that it exists as a business. Please do your research before contacting Ace Tile and Finishing and listen to your instincts. One good Google Review out of one review does not always equate to a positive experience or an ethical business transaction."
