"Don’t waste ya time. It’s not a real bank for actual people. No tellers and atm is broke or not giving out cash most of the time. Im so mad. Then it’s 10am and not even drive thru open. It’s the only chase around here."

"Have had two occasions recently to go inside the bank to work with a banker. They have been very accommodating and helpful. I am doing more banking with them after having so many bad experiences with my other major bank of 20 years who have less helpful and less nice people working there. Chase facility is very spacious and nice also."

"Unfortunately, this is a poorly managed branch. We walked in to make an appointment and returned for the appointed time, but there was no record of the appointment. Very unprofessional, particularly when we were speaking with the same banker that supposedly made the appointment. There is another customer here that is having problems with their small business customer banking because this branch did a poor job issuing a check."

"I have made 5 calls today at this location but no one picks up the phone. I needed help with notary, went to the branch to get notary but notary was not there. One of the chase bank member took my name and number and told me she will call to let me know when notary will be in branch, I haven't received the call back yet. I asked her when will the notary will be in, she said she don't know, really!!!!!!!!! you guys do not know the schedule of the employees. Chase Bank and this branch manager should wake up from the sleep nap he is taking one and pay attention the customer feed back of 1 starts they are getting."

"The only star I give to this Chase Branch on Denow Rd is because it occupied a good location. They have a horrible service. This is not the first time I experienced with them in hard time(very negative impression). My wife used a check they gave her to send money to retirement account but mutual fund company couldn't accept it because it's a start check so they want a letter from Chase to prove this check is good and it belongs to my wife. However the manager refused to write anything. She said this check looks good to us and it just because your retirement company doesn't want to accept it. I can't write a letter for you. And once I had an emergency situation and need a representative's help. He asked me to come back at 5 (it was Friday afternoon which means if I din't get their help I would miss the deadline). However at 5:15 he still kept to talk to another customer and I had to drive to another Ewing branch to get help. My impression to them is: Third class employees work for first class bank."
