"Dr. Tran is a wonderful doctor with an easy manner that immediately makes you feel comfortable. He answers questions in a way a professional and informative way. All employees that I have encountered are helpful and nice. The issue I have is that their wait time is very long. This has consistently happened over the years, and I have had appointments at varied times of day. I continue to go there because I am comfortable with the level of care I receive. However it would be appreciated if a regular yearly eye exam did not take over an hour and a half, most of which was spent simply waiting!"
