"We got multiple quotes to rewire our knob and tube and JEM was by far the most fair. We signed asap and they were there in 2 weeks. They initially quoted us 3 days, but the job ended up being a little bigger and it took one extra day but they still honored the original quote. Ian and Jared did an amazing job- they were respectful, minimized the damage and left every day with the house as clean as possible. They were the only company that offered to close up the holes they had to make and they did a great job there too! They added some lights to our dark basement and now we can actually see down there now without a flashlight. They added outlets to every room including the attic (didn’t even think it’d be possible!) I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of electric service!"

"JEM replaced the aging electrical panel in a home we bought. Afterwards I started noticing voltage drop issues around the house. After other debug steps like replacing outlets didnt resolve thebissues, I opened the new panel up and immediately found the cause, they took shortcuts they didnt think would be noticed. After consulting with another electrician who confirmed my suspicions, I wound up fixing their sloppy work by rewiring the neutrals to code and tightening down the bonding screw which was completely loose. Close to half the breakers' hold down screws also weren't tight, and the inside-bottom had dirt and cut-off wire bits in it. My voltage drop issues are now resolved. Would expect better from a Craigslist handyman."
