"Giving one star because no one answers the phone. I've left multiple messages for one of the departments and no call back. I've even called different extensions and told someone will call back but nothing. This place is awful from the person who handles insurance to the dr that sent me for multiple imaging tests and never bothered to follow up after receiving the results. Thankfully I was able to take images to a competent office that actually cares about patients"

"Locating Dr. Tursi has been such a blessing after a painful journey with my right foot for more than a year. A year and a half ago, another podiatrist misdiagnosed me, and then after reviewing MRI results in June, this saw podiatrist told me there was nothing I could do except live with the pain. He also minimized the "possible tare in my plantar's plate," and I was so disheartened. Thankfully, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Tursi at the Foot and Ankle Specialists in Voorhees. I was told the issues with my right foot were extremely complex and not easily solved, and there was definitely a tare in the plantar plate, which was responsible for much of the pain. The true culprit apparently is my very high arch. Anyhow, Dr. Tursi had me fitted today for arch and ankle supports and then took impressions for customized inserts. He very thoroughly informed me of the precise problems I am facing and my options for treatment. I teared up at one point because my hope had been restored that this can be minimized and could heal one day. Since I rely heavily on reviews when making choices these days, I thought it was important to be as detailed as possible. To me, Dr. Tursi is intelligent, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. He goes above and beyond to insure you have the best treatments and plan to get optimum results as quickly as possible. "Dr Tursi was very pleasant and gained my trust immediately. His colleague,Dr. Donnelly did my tarsal tunnel release surgery in December 2017. The surgery was not a success, to say the least. Looking back, I can't believe I made such a bad decision. He was mad because I called & emailed the office numerous times. Other than the initial post surgery appointments, my care went downhill. Don't be impressed by his connection to the Flyers. Unfortunately, I was."
