"Office staff really shouldn't talk about their clients who help pay their salary. I caught this one doing just that..... I had a bad capacitor in my air conditioner and was charged $293 for them to change it (it was NOT an emergency call). Google them, they're about $20. I was never given a receipt and called to ask for it. I was told I'd get it later that day. I didn't. I called the next day and she sent the reciept (after realizing they had a typo in my email address), but there was no detail in it, just the fees. I called back and asked for that info and she sent the invoice instead. But that wasn't itemized so I couldn't see the hourly rate I was charged. While she was still on the phone I asked her and she said there wasn't one. Then she said it was $145-$195/hour. I thanked her and before I hung up I heard her say to someone else, "Oh my God, don't ever call here again"! Why? b/c you overcharged me and then didn't send me the documentation for my records?! How rude - I think her name was Kathy. The only reason I'm giving 2 starts instead of 1 is because the technician Jake was informative, efficient, nice and wouldn't take a tip. He should be working for a more honest and friendly place, IMO."

"We have used Anyzek Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for our oil deliveries at home. In the Spring, we switched from oil heat to natural gas and we decided that we wanted our oil tank removed from our basement. Since Anyzek was our oil company, we called them first. They quoted us a reasonable price and we were very pleased with this job. Dawn (in the office) was the go-to person for getting this all set up. She couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. On the day we were scheduled for work, Jake and Eddie showed up bright and early and were extremely competent and friendly. They talked us through the entire job and even did things we weren't expecting, like removing the in-fill pipes from the outside to the tank. They also cemented up the holes (interior and exterior walls) and then cleaned up when finished. They were done in just a little over 90 minutes. Unfortunately, we will no longer be using Anyzek for our heating needs, but it was nice to finish our association with this company with such a great experience. I can't recommend them highly enough."
