"I use this branch frequently. There is one person, not sure of her role, that is not the most friendly. But the real positive is that all of the tellers and the account rep that I have dealt with are outstanding. They are very friendly, and remember your name. Several have gone out of their way to help me with something."

"I pulled up to deposit a check but was early and figured they weren't open yet but just wanted to check the sign. I figured they opened at 9 AM but a woman was pulling up and there was a guy in the lobby. In the past at other branches they have taken people in early. Instead at this branch some woman with a butch short blonde hair cut and intense makeup taps her finger nail on my window and goes" You're going to have to move back, we don't open until 9 ok?" "Ok, just move back!" Ya know what lady, freaking relax! I know its Monday but you don't need be a rude *****. I will be taking my business to another branch and I will certainly inform the community as well as corporate about this rudeness. Some people have jobs that shouldn't, especially in customer service."
