"So I spoke with James, he gave me an estimate of $600 for some painting. He required a 50% deposit via Venmo and I obliged and sent $300. He was supposed to come August 1st & then never showed up - never answered any of my calls or text and just stole the money. Would definitely stay away from this company and guy. Just not right in any regards - I’m still waiting for my Venmo back"

"James returned my call promptly. The next day we was at my rental property with a fair estimate and the next week he was on the job with his assistant. He was to start at 9AM Monday Morning and I found him on my front step at 8:30 waiting for me. I like punctuality. Excellent workman ship and I will have him back soon for more work."

"I spoke with a gentleman by the name of James, if I am not mistaken. I asked James for an estimate for my project; with out seeing my project, or knowing anything about it, he ask me what my budget was. I asked him ‘wouldn’t the work dictate the cost?’ He agreed and asked for pictures of the project. After I sent pictures and a video of my project, and asked him for a rough estimate, James continued to hound me “what kind of a budget you had to spend (via text)” Unless some how he runs his business on a sliding scale, I do not see the relevance of MY budget. I asked for an estimate, you tell me the cost, and I decided if it is in my budget. This practice of asking for your budget, and then telling the price is a common predatory action of an unscrupulous businessman. I would not recommend anyone take the chance of being price gouged by this Predator. Please look elsewhere for you panting need."

"Great service. Jim came out and quoted my project. 2 story row home in Mantua. Gave me a detailed electronic price estimate that included a detailed explanation of what him and his guys could/would do. Included a price breakdown and payment schedule that made everything straight forward from the onset. They stayed true to the quote and items they would handle and actually went above and beyond by doing in depth drywall repairs and patches in the unit where it was needed. The final product was professional quality for a fair price. I would reccomend them for any painting project in the future. Kevin"
