"I don't recommend....They care at first but here 6 months later I find myself without the medication that they suggested. Want you back in to "try" other options when I have done that for years instead of doing an appeal with the insurance company. True lack of effort...Sad very sad indeed"

"Wait time varies, but with more associates the wait has been less. Doctors take their time with you. Office staff are great, but you get back what you give them. Be pleasant, you never know what the patient before you is going through."

"Was rescheduled with the PA when Dr Olivo was not available to keep my new patient appointment. The office did not inform me that Nathan was not in network with my insurance so I received a large bill after the visit. I called my insurance to discuss and also contacted the office to make them aware of my concerns- I was told it would be corrected right away. 3 months after my visit I’m now receiving past due amounts for the original bill and each time I call the office I can’t get someone on the phone to discuss. Nathan and staff were kind while I was there but given the misinformation, lack of proper handling, etc I do not recommend this office."

"I recommend Dr. Olivo to everyone. He is by far the best doctor I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He even went up and beyond of what was expected of him and helped me with other health concerns of mine. He is the first doctor who I felt genuinely cares and listens to me as a patient. I absolutely love him. I could write pages about how wonderful this doctor is. His staff is very kind, sweet, and instantly make you feel comfortable. My mom recently had skin cancer. He did surgery on her and removed the melanoma. He would call as soon as he heard back from the lab. I felt very safe knowing that my mom was being taken care of by Dr. Olivo. Very intelligent man. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. 100/10."
