"New office location and intake is great, having the staff behind the desk centralized looks really efficient. However, the organization up front can’t make the timing right apparently. I showed up at 1:50 for a 2:00 pm appointment (pre check in online) and still had to wait until 2:25 for a tech to prep me and then another 20-25 minutes for the doctor to see me. This is for a routine check-up. They do not treat you like your time is actually valuable, the doctor couldn’t even be bothered to explain the delay, no one said anything."

"⭐- My Mother, Uncle, and Grandmother have been coming here for years (since the old location down the street) and they love this place. ⭐- I came here once. First they told me that my exam, and my glasses would be covered by my insurance. I got the eye exam done, and they gave me my eyeglass prescription. When it came for them to make my new glasses they told me that they didn't accept my insurance, after I specifically asked them if my exam and glasses were covered!? Then, they wouldn't give me a set of those disposable sunglasses since my pupils were still dilated, so I got to drive home in the bright sunlight which gave me a horrible headache. ⭐- The overall attitude from the people at the front desks (NOT the doctors) was appalling. I told them that I have never had an eye exam or glasses before, and I wanted to make sure that both the exam and glasses were covered, and they said, "Oh yes, absolutely!" When the exam was done, they just basically kicked me out because the glasses weren't going to be covered. –Terrible Experience–"
