"My appointment started 1 hour 10 minutes late. No apology, explanation or warning that my appointment would be late. Receptionist is not welcoming or open for questions. Response to my question: Do you know when my test will start? "please have a seat and you will be called when it's your turn and No I don't have an idea when you will be called. It's not possible to determine at a specialist visit." Once my visit started I learned I'm not prepared for the visit. Why? no instructions or prep was shared with me when I scheduled the test. The Dr. stated I'll do my best to get valid results your test may not be accurate. Complete painful waste of time!"
