"Dr. De Carlo doesn't listen to his patient! Three years ago I was a patient of his, and he would not listen to me when I told him something was wrong. I had developed a severe cough, shortness of breathing and a building up of mucus that I was drowning in. He gave me a generic allergy shot and said I would be fine. After several weeks I didn't get better. He raised his voice and told me he wasn't going to keep going over this with me again. Finally he told me I needed to lose weight. He didn't run any test and was very dismissive. Needless to say I ended up in the hospital on a ventilator. He is out of touch and only cares about money!"
