"My first appointment was back in August 2023. The office had to be at least 85 degrees. Very uncomfortable. I asked if the A/C was broken and was told they had an old heat pump system which really didn't cool the place down when it got hot outside. Okay, so they have no plans of upgrading and no concern for their patients, or staff. As for Dr. Kamerling, he has the personality of a pencil and could not give me any explanation of the issue I was having. I was seeing flashes and large floaters after power washing my house. I was also having blurred vision in the same eye. He ran numerous test, then back in September 2023 for more tests. He basically gave me a pamphlet on floaters and some eye drops. He couldn't provide any explanation of what was going on. He wanted me to come back for another follow-up. Yeah, sure. Not happening."
