"The worse service ever, I called to make an appointment got put on hold for an hr then got hung up on I called back and they sent me to the busy line voicemail, I called an hr later the nurse mistaken me for a person she was talking to prior DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE just told me oh wrong person hold on, then I was put on hold for an other hour before I hung up, called again at 3pm, just was ringing and ringing for like 10 mins, I hung up tried one more time to only be transferred to customer service so they can tell me "oh my I think they are closed now" this is the worst hospitality ever, like how ridiculous is it that to make a important appointment to get seen after giving birth is so difficult with these people, they have the most rudest front desk people EVER I will definitely not recommend anybody to this center especially if you want your health to be taken seriously, and let's not forget that I went through the whole entire process to switch my insurance over to the docs name so I can make an appointment and this was done last week and they still have yet been able to speak to me and give me an appointment b/c I've been dealing with this type of service, ignorant and rude, to me that's just very untrustworthy at that point."
