"I've been banking with TD for about 4 going on 5yrs. This is not my usual branch that I vist but was on a time crunch and decided to cash my check here. Not as warm and welcoming as my home bank in fairless hills and the service and atmosphere was subpar. Since gaining the knowledge of how to cash a TD check and get my money the same day I've never changed the way I cash my check. On this particular day the teller (Stasia) was the one providing service. I'm not sure what she heard me communicate but it was definitely not what I asked for. I specified that I would like to cash my check, deposit a portion of it and receive the rest in specific denominations. What was done was something totally different. I did receive the right amount of cash in the way I requested, but instead of cashing the check first she deposited it and there was a hold put on the check. This caused my account to go into the negative $264. On top of that I had a few small bills due around that same weekend and was unable to pay them due to the mistake of the teller. Although there were some complications I did appreciate Lisa who works in customer service department. She was polite and helpful and did everything she could in the moment to make things right. Also appreciated the follow up call from manager Maria. She was willing to pay any late fees that may occur due to non-payment on my bills and if any overdraft fee was applied she would honor it and refund me my money. I understand mistakes happen and I was very understanding of that, but when it comes to people's finances and livelihood it should be taken very seriously. Apparently Stasia is a newer teller and lacked the experience to carry out what I had asked to be done, but she could have seeked help from a more experienced teller or get a manager or someone with higher position to step in. Overall I hope Stasia learns from this mistake and she recives the proper training and coaching needed to bring her up to speed."

"LOTS of issues with accounts. Multiple representatives try but can't explain. One said that my issue was resolved only to wait till the following month to see that that was not the case. No help, called multiple times. An answering machine with someone rambling the banks hours and a different number to call customer service. I tried for days to contact someone at this branch. Left message on the answer machine no response. TD Bank will most likely be out of business in less than 5 years. I'm currently looking to move my monies elsewhere and recommend you do the same. They just don't care about the customers. Zero stars"
"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER. Terrible Customer Service and long wait times. I am moving and needed to open a checking account due to there not being a branch of my current bank near my new home. On the website there was a promotion to get a $200 bonus with a new checking account so I went into the branch to open an account and receive the bonus. However, I was told it was only online so I had to sign up online which is fine if that's how the promotion is structured. So, I went home tried to sign up online and after roughly 20 times of being rejected I kept getting the same error message that I had to go into the branch. I called the general customer service they told me indeed I had to go into the branch and have the person in store call them and I could sign up in store and get the new account bonus. So I went back into the store and the representative in store had no idea what I was talking about and said she could not offer me the bonus. So after being annoyed I just left. I called the general customer service line again and spoke to someone. After a 40 minute conversation I was informed there is a glitch with the website and new Account sign ups are not working online. She told me she confirmed with her supervisor that I would have to sign up in the branch but I would not receive the sign up bonus. So basically after 4 days, an hour of phone calls, and 2 trips to the branch just to open a simple checking account because TD is having a problem with their website they will not honor the bonus for me. I am going to take my business elsewhere after the debacle and waste of time I just went through."
