"Called to ask a simple question and was told they wouldn’t want me as a patient and then put me on speaker phone so that everyone in the office could hear our conversation as if I wasn’t someone asking for medical help and I was a joke. Dr.Kaplan was in the hospital not to long ago in critical condition, maybe it’s time he retires or gets new receptionist who might actually like going to work and helping people."

"I love love love this doctor. I hope and pray he is okay as the office is currently closed due to a family emergency. He has been my doctor since I was in my 20 I will be 50 in a couple years. When I was sick he would prescribe my meds I was better by a couple days. He is a knowledgeable doctor funny and tells you how it is. I don’t know what or who I will go too. I always wanted to ask him when you retire whom will I go too. I hope to see him soon my blood pressure is high all of a sudden. Ugh where are you doc I worry about you too."
