"They will keep you in their substance abuse joke of a program way past an acceptable amount of time. Was there over 4 months, never once a positive drug screen and still they couldn't give me any idea of when I'd be able to be finished. Place is dirty. Unprofessional. Trying to grab all the insurance money they can. I highly recommend finding another treatment program than this joke."

"My son entered the EIP program through Genesis in Collingwood. Mrs.Latonya is BEST COUNSELOR WITH THE KIDS. MY SON LOVED IT. In the beginning it's was crowded and my son was nervous, but she made him feel comfortable and he started opening up. He interacted with other children in the group. Mrs. Nadiya was also very involved with the kids and did A WONDERFUL JOB with there session groups. Mrs Latonya Hopkins assignments for the children made them excited to come back week after week She A HUGE ASSET TO THE COMPANY AND TO THE CHILDREN. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANY PARENT OR SCHOOL Refer their children to Genesis in Collingwood Mrs.Latanya Hopkins and Mrs Nadiya are what families like mine needed."

"I wouldn't recommend anyone here who needs help. This place has their own agenda, doesn't feel helpful or productive. I am diagnosed bipolar with PTSD. Have been treated for it for over 20 years with medical proof. They DID NOT want to acknowledge it, discuss it, or admit I had it. They wanted to claim my treatment was for anxiety and depression only. Therapist was 30 minutes late for our appointment. She tried to play it off as if we made to appointment for the time she arrived.... She didn't seem to understand or care about what I was talking to her about. Her plan to help me with the issues I mentioned was something that would not at all help with the current issues I spoke with her about. It didn't even make sense that she would recommend what she recommended. The person did not feel qualified or knowledgeable. Too inexperienced maybe? The place is very discriminating towards the disabled as well. Stairs at every entrance and office. No ramps. Their handicap spaces are hand painted and not big enough to fit vehicles. The entire ordeal was Very insulting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME."
