Reviews
"No type of communication, doctor is always late, staff have no type of consideration for human life. They don't care what you have going on outside of the appointment, you are suppose to wait until whenever the doctor have time to call you."
"They forgot I was their patient for two and a half months. Let people answer the front desk phone who aren't qualified and provide false information. The doctor I'm working with now is great and the staff at the front are usually kind and well trained in their positions."
"I do not recommend this facility. Unless you are a minority. They are not qualified enough and do not listen to the patient mother and jump to conclusions. They just want to automatically commit a patient I was never a patient here but my White son was I feel there is some fraud going on within the facility. Sorry, but they just conspire to deteriorate a patient I have studied Psychotherapy, Social worker, Neurology, Psychiatric laws and DSM-5 criteria, Neuroscience. Associates Degree in Paralegal and Associates degree in Criminal Justice. I know what needs to be done for my son but these are the type of people stopping me from getting a job."
"This is a place that's supposed to help you better your mental health, but they literally do the opposite. They don't respect your time at all. They'll see you 2 to 3 hours late at your appointments or you're therapist will forget to call you. The doctors don't prescribe medications on time and you have to remind them or you'll go without your medication. One star gives this place too much credit."
"I do not recommend. Karen Rosado is not a therapist I'd recommend. I think she was terrible to talk to, condescending, and didn't offer me anything of value. This practice is always late, if they call the day of your appointment at all. Dr. Bola was very confrontational and raised his voice many times at me as well. I do not feel they look out for patient's best interests. There were records of medications I'm not even on too, very sloppy. Lots of rescheduling along with lateness."
