"Just called to ask questions about a medical exam. The receptionist on the phone asked if I could hold and finished her phone call with another patient in which I could hear everything! Another patients medical info! Then she forgot I was still on the line and said “who are you?” Receptionist was so RUDE! She talked too fast like I was rushing her…she laughed in my face because I misunderstood the costs of the exam….and when I told her she was being rude and she needs to slow down, she said “WELL FIND SOMEBODY ELSE THAT ISN’T GONNA BE RUDE” and then she hung up the phone in my ear. Very unprofessional and disappointing! Wish I knew her name, but if you see this: FIND ANOTHER FIELD OF WORK cause this is clearly not working for you!! And to think that the person is still working there after all these bad reviews about her, tells a lot about the doctor herself that she lets this individual still work for her and treat patients like that. Glad I’m not a patient there!"

"Revising to keep relevant! My favorite Doc for over 20 years! Just had another visit this week. Dr Tomasso explains everything well, takes her time, listens, answers questions, refers patients when necessary and always great advice. No ego, no judgement, just a wonderful, comfortable experience in healthcare. No one likes illness but when it hits, you want a Dr who is "in tune" with the situation and up to date treatment plan. One improvement is the office, staffed by competent, caring, and dedicated support. It was never bad and always ahead of other offices, but now, WOW FACTOR! Great team! Best of all, you don't wait long. My average is less than 15 minutes. It's nice to be treated with respect of my time."

"I ended up getting what seemed to be eczema of some sort on me. After going to urgent care and getting prescribed medicine for what they thought to be an infection , it did not clear up. After a week i went back to another urgent care and they prescribed me a cream for what they thought was a fungal rash, it got worse. I finally decided to go to the doctors and she was able to take the time to identify and take the time to properly diagnose that it wasnt a rash or infection and that it was eczema. I was then given the correct cream and it was cleared up within 3 days! The docotor and staff were very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Would highly recommend this office!"
