"My nurse Eileen is the Best! She made me comfortable from the moment I walked in this facility! I was not happy when I found out from my Doctor that I needed to get infusions every week and now it doesn’t bother me at all. Eileen is a hard worker ! I watch her every time get snacks or drinks for everyone of her clients and she knows exactly what they want without asking! She goes above and beyond her job as a nurse! Thank you Eileen for restoring my faith in medical providers and I hope you will always be my nurse. Hey ICPA give this nurse a raise and some help!"

"The transfer from my neurologists office to the ICoP Jenkintown could not have been easier. They took care of the medication and insurance without my being involved. Upon arrival for my appointment everything was ready and in place. They could not have been more Welcoming. Eileen the RN was extremely professional. She listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. Her technique was flawless, and this was one of the easiest infusions I have experienced in 14 years. "The staff is super friendly. Pam Ward is my nurse and is great, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Heather, the office manager, is also super friendly and was very efficient at getting my insurance approvals and getting the meds ordered so I could begin infusions immediately. I was not looking forward to moving from getting home infusions to having to go to an infusion center (Medicare requirements), but the staff at this office make it feel like a second home. 6/16/21 edit: Even with staff turnover (my original nurse left) they hire the friendliest people, such as my new nurse Eileen. Even their office people are friendly and say enthusiastic "hellos." The only problem I have is that, with how busy they are, it is difficult to get convenient times so that you can do other things you have scheduled that day."

"I can't say enough about this place! I was prescribed daily infusions and weekly blood draw through my PICC line. Home therapy was too costly. I thought my only option was to stay at a rehab facility for the 6 week duration. Infusion Center of Pennsylvania accepted my insurance, did all the paperwork, phone calls and made the transition seamless. They met me at the car Every day with a wheelchair (im not the driver!) and brought me to the office where everyone is greeted with a smile and a comfortable chair in a clean atmosphere. This place is open 7 days a week 365 days a year. Yes, holidays included. They understand the importance of not missing a treatment. I've seen them offer daily infusions, shots and home IV therapy too. My daily visits were stress free and 6 weeks has gone by quickly. I can not reiterate how important it was to me to locate a facility that accepted my insurance. living at a rehab just for a daily IV would have been awful and stressful."
