Took my daughters appointment on short notice on a Mon. and correctly diagnosed appendicitis after a fruitless visit to an urgent care on Sunday. Coordinated an abdominal CT scan to expedite emergency surgery."

"She is the best. She has been my PCP since 2014. Very knowledgeable, caring and extremely proactive. But most importantly, She is responsive. I was in India and needed medical advice so I messaged her on the portal. She called me in couple of hours. I am glad that she is my PCP."

"I wouldnt even give 1 star. The worst dr and staff! They lack professionalism, really careless and very very rude! Don't have any sensitivity or care for patients or customers. Getting appointments is impossible. Dr is never available. They asked us to see other available dr which we did but she was literally like why you are asking me wait for dr richa or see cardiologist. Another example- My mom med which she takes daily took 2 weeks to get renewal I call everyday but everyday new excuse..and would yell and ignore requests. When I went in the office they continued to put blame but not approve med requests. I am the one running to pharmacy, insurance and their office staff to get my mom medicine but her office behaves so rudely everytime and ignored the fact patient haven't took med for 2 weeks! Highly careless and lack of professionalism. They lack sensitivity with patients and their health.."

"My wife and I were looking for a new primary care physician and Dr. Gopal was recommended. Showed up on time for my first appointment only to be ignored by the 2 office staff who were busy on their phones and computers and the one I approached mumbled that she will be with me. We sat down in a completely empty reception area. After not being recognized for 25 minutes we approached the staff again and wanted to know what was happening. We finally got to give our information and then we’re told the doctor would not see us because we were late! We complained that we were on time and ignored and they said it was the doctor who would not see us because we were late. We sat in the office unrecognized for 25 minutes. We were offered an appointment hours later with another doctor. We refused and left. The office person called is at home mater and told us she is only human in making her error of doing nothing to recognize us. The doctor should have reprimanded her employee and apologized to us. Not a word. We canceled our second Appboy and now are again looking for a PCP. Worst treatment ever by a doctor’s office and doctor."

"Dr Gopal is the best doctor in addition to my Family Dr Mrudula Shah , I ever met. She is very knowledgeable , very soft spoken , give us very satisfactory time , never do rush , very explanatory , very prompt in giving us reply of our phones and on top of that she has knowledge of all Indian food so very easily understand our needs , so I highly recommended her for any patient who needs as primary Doctor , the other doctors which she recommended us are also very good , in short she is the best Dr I ever found.
