"Called about a clogged drain,tech called me about 15 min later and arrived shortly thereafter he messed around for about 2 hours never unclogged my drain ,charged me 270.00 bucks and told me he would be back Monday and it was gonna cost me more than 1000.00 for a special machine and he also lied and said my wife would be able to wash dishes but it immediately flooded my garage so the next day (Saturday) I called another plumber and he came out spent about 2 hours,fixed my clog and only charged me 150.00. Vinson Plumbing tried to milk me for alot of money and they had a cocky attitude. I paid 270.00 for them to do nothing more than achieve a participation trophy because their guy "tried his best" but didn't solve anything. What a rip off. Please be careful with this outfit all they want is your money. So now it's my fault and I'm lying. Now I need to jump through hoops to prove what transpired, y'all can just keep my money and throw a "We got him party" and laugh at me and all the other sucker's you've taken advantage of"

"I hate to leave a bad review but honestly with the exception of one of their plumbers everyone else we have worked with has been an extreme disappointment so hopefully this will save someone a headache. We have a rental house that is an older home and we called them out for a leak under the kitchen sink from the hot water pipe. Literally 3 plumbers have been there and it still isn't fixed they kept saying it was over turned or not turned enough so we gave up on that and my tenant ended up fixing it. Had an electrician come out to fix a box that was broken in the attic when we had a new AC put in. He fixed the box but the door bell was wired incorrectly and was just ringing every few minutes. We told the guy just to cut it and we would purchase and install a ring doorbell. Told him this minutes before he arrived at house. Disregarded what we said and installed a new door bell and charged us another $300. This was after we were canceled on yesterday. Also we had to wait for a cross trained person because we were having drainage problems also they said they would have to make another appointment because he needed to put a camera in the drain and that can't be until next week. I am not a plumber but we explained there was water backing up into unused showers feel like common sense says bring a camera."
