"Pathetic experience. I had an appointment and when I show up, I was told by the receptionist that my appointment was cancelled earlier that morning without even intimidating me."
"Dr. Diwan is by far the best doctor I've been to. This location is very nice clean and orderly. There is a bathroom in the lobby and plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and attentive."
"Both times I went to this location I was brushed off and uncared for. At my first visit, I had a few symptoms that I was experiencing and was told I was only allowed to mention 3 out of 5 or I would have to pay extra. I was unable to resolve my health concerns because of this. At my second visit, I saw a new doctor hoping it would be a better experience. I asked for routine bloodwork to check my levels. My liver enzymes jumped about 35 points. I was messaged the doctor concerned about this and was told it was probably from a fatty liver and to exercise regularly. Emphasis on the word "probably".... I have a clean diet and workout 4 times a week. WELL... TURNS OUT I HAVE MONO and have been suffering with multiple symptoms that went untreated. I am so disappointed and angry that both visits were extremely unhelpful and both doctors totally ignored my symptoms/brushed off my concerns about my health. They clearly are lazy and do not care about their patients. Don't go here if you have serious concerns with your health."
"I've been a patient of Capital Health Primary Care for about 10 years now. I moved out of Mercer County but have always been happy with my physicians here (initially, I just went to whoever was available the day I needed an appt; over the past 5 years I have stuck with one MD). Thus, I remain their patient (even though I work for a different healthcare system where I could see many other providers with no copay, I opt to pay the copay and take the trek here). I come to this location or one of the other locations at which my physician practices; when this location first opened up, there were definitely some front desk "wrinkles." I am not sure whether the unpleasant person was provided some constructive feedback, or if they left....but I haven't had a bad experience the past few times I've visited or called. The physician and MAs have always been consistently thorough, professional, and pleasant. Despite the squeeze every provider in healthcare is feeling today, my physician has always taken the time to really listen and understand my concerns, provide appropriate education and follow-up, and prompt responses on the portal. The location isn't...pretty...but it's easily accessible off 130/133/571, and it's clean. Those who had poor experiences in the past might want to consider giving this location another chance."
"I’m not sure why, but the front desk staff are the worst. They will answer the phones but give you a bit of an attitude like they didn’t want to answer the phone. And DO NOT ask any questions as you will get no effort from them. Melissa from the other office has been extremely helpful and pleasant. That office seems to be run a bit differently as they are very friendly and pleasant to work with. It’s the East Windsor male staff that needs customer service training. Please do better as we as customers rely heavily on getting assistance from the front."
