Reviews of Princeton Hospital Emergency Room
"Absolute horrible experience at this emergency room. I came in with chills and was put in a room and over an hour passed and no nurse or doctor came in to speak to me. I go up to a desk and let them know no one has came to see me and this man tells me ‘no one’s been assigned to your room yet’ with this nasty attitude as if I was bothering him so I go back to my room to wait. More time has passed so I go to desk by the entrance and let the ladies know no one has came to see me, so she tells me to go back to the room and someone will meet me there. Now more time has passed and still, no one came. So I left to another hospital and lo and behold, now I have a fever. I’ll never come back to this emergency room again and they should be ashamed of themselves for treating patients like this."
"The staff is super polite and professional but somehow we were forgotten in the hallway after waiting for over eight hours. Turns out my fiancee actually has pneumonia after all this waiting. Meanwhile people have been checking in and checking out of rooms while we were forgotten. Only got processed out once we went and found someone to help us."
"Shame on this hospital! There is no word to describe how much disappointed and mad I am right now. My husband had a laminectomy with spinal fusion procedure last Friday (July 29, 2024). He got discharged Last Sunday. Yesterday we noticed that his eyes are yellow so I brought him to the ER TO SEE WHAT’S GOING ON. WE WENT THERE AROUND 10:30am today. THERE WAS NO ROOM AVAILABLE SO HE’S BEEN IN THE HALLWAY WITH THE BED FOR 12 HOURS NOW. HE’S ON OXYCODONE THAT MAKES HIM FEEL GROGGY AND SLEEPY, BUT HE COULDN’T SLEEP BECAUSE HE’S IN THE HALLWAY AND PEOPLE ARE PASSING BY EVERY NOW AND THEN. HE IS VERY RESTLESS RIGHT NOW. i’m a nurse myself and as much as I would love to stay with him I had to switch with my cousin because I’m gonna be working. I called the ER and I was told that there was still no available room. My husband is becoming very restless right now and I have a highlighted to them that he just had a spinal surgery last Friday. It doesn’t make sense that I brought him to the ER where in fact people there don’t know the urgency of his case. The lady that I spoke with was just saying sorry and very rude instead of finding a solution. No wonder why they’re only getting 2.7 star, that explains how worst they are. They don’t know how to take care of their patients. Shame on you . Never bring your family in this useless facility. You will end up getting stressed out."
"All the doctors and nurses are very wonderful and have extensive experience in their medical field. They saved my life after God today. They were responsible and treated me with all respect and I was admitted quickly. Thank you very much to everyone who cooperated with me and stood with me. This is the fastest, cleanest and most gentle emergency I have ever entered my life.also a big thank you to the information officer at the beginning of the entry☆☆☆☆☆"
