Reviews
"I read all the awful reviews sounds like 2 different offices. The one I go to where they notify me before my appointment. The staff is always polite and helpful and I never have a long wait. And I love Dr. Malingerham. She explains everything and I really feel that she wants the best for me. I thank her all the time."
"Worst appointment and time management. Front desk folks were rough and not taking any responsibilities for the patient's appointment, they simply call an hour before and cancel the scheduled appointment. I would request cardiology associates management to address this before it blew up your reputation"
"This is an incompetent operation. They left a message on my phone about an appointment which I did not recognize, and which turned out to be their mistake. Two days pass and they leave another message about a second appointment, which I also do not recognize. Please get your office in order."
"I never write reviews. I just can't be bothered. I was looking up the address for my appointment today and saw the poor review rating. I feel compelled to write a review of my experience since most likely if you are going to a cardiologist you either have heart condition or looking to prevent one. I don't want you to miss out on a cardiologist that could positively change your outcome on life. Unlike other reviewers, my experience has been spectacular. I have a health coach that researched a new cardiologist for me due to my family history of heart disease. She found Dr. Mahalingam after lots of researched, called their office and they were very helpful. I drive a almost hour each way to see her and as a business owner I normally try to not waste that much time out of my day. I figured I would go to her once and she if it was wroth the drive. Now, he drive doesn't bother me at all due to how incredibly thorough and knowledgeable she is. You feel like she is invested in your well-being and not just playing the odds with statistics. I have never had to wait excessively long either but admittedly have only gone there three or four times. In summary, if you care about your cardiovascular health, well-being, and want someone that truly cares, I strongly encourage you to see Dr. Mahalingam."
"Beware of this doctors office. On my last appointment I waited more than an hour beyond my appointment time to see the doctor. Additionally, I had to call three days in a row to get the results from a CTA test. Also, they like to try to overcharge you. On my most recent appointment, they charged me more than twice my copay. I insisted they were wrong but wouldn’t budge. Sure enough, they were wrong. Aetna had to call to get me a refund. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I got a bill in the mail for an appointment in September for a copay that I had paid. I called billing and of course they were able to track down the payment with my card information. Really frustrating to take all this time calling Aetna and their office just to get things the way they should have been."
