He completed his Dermatology Residency at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center/University of Texas McGovern Medical School program, where he served as Cosmetic Chief Resident.

He specializes in the treatment of skin conditions such as eczema, infantile hemangiomas, and hyperhidrosis, and performs surgeries for skin cancers, cysts, and lipomas. "I went to Dr. Grabell for persistent eczema that I had been dealing with for a long time, and I got amazing results. He's also very nice towards the patients and spends as much-needed time to explain the condition and the treatment process."
"I would leave a score of 0 if I can. I went to office visit a couple of months back for a skin cancer screening. I confirmed it will be preventative care when I scheduled the visit. The screening took less than 5 min. However, at the end they billed it as office visit with a cost of $550. When I called their billing department, Nicole from the billing said there is no preventative care in dermatology and I am not the first one called to change but they won’t do anything and do not care and hang up on me. I would advise anyone to stay away from this practice as they only seek to get more money and do not care about patients at all!! Plus their billing is twice as much as other dermatologists."
