"I try to closed my account and Beth was helping me. She told me I had to deposit money to bring my account current and then she will close it. So I deposit money. She said that it will take 48 hours for the account to close and update the account. The day was November 27. So I check my account on November 30 the balance was 0 so I thought the account was closed. Three months go by and I got an email that the account had a negative balance. I have numerous accounts so I check and none of them had an issue. So I went to to bank in Clinton NJ and they looked the account and they told me that the bank In Flemington NJ didn’t closed my account because it was overdrawn for 3 months. Beth did not closed the account so I was charged $ 15 every month and I had a payment come out of the account twice. I went to the Flemington bank and asked to talk to Beth but no longer works there. They blamed me for not checking my account. Not happy with them at all. I want to put no ⭐️"

"The last few times I have went to this td bank we’re not a good experience. I normally always go inside the bank. But the last few times here you are waiting forever. Today it was not even busy and three employees are trying to help one customer. They diddnt even a knowledge me. I asked should I go threw drive threw and the one employee was very snippy and said I should because she is helping someone. I obviously see three employees helping one customer. I walked out and diddnt even attempt drive threw. I will never go here again. Rude employees and they don’t even say hi we will be with you in a few."
"Usually I have a great experience at this TD bank, but the past 2 times I went there a bigger lady with short brown hair and bangs (I didn’t catch her name) told me it will take 24 hours for the system to update instead of just doing her job. One time I came in, and she was supposed to help me update my name on my bank account. The other time I came in, I needed to update my phone number associated with my bank account. Both times she didn’t do anything! She just said it will take 24 hours for the system to update. Once 24 hours passed, there were no updates made to my bank account. So I had to come into this TD bank again, and Sandy helped me out. Sandy is amazing! Sandy was able to update my name and phone number immediately. It didn’t take 24 hours! But the bigger lady with short brown hair and bangs doesn’t know what she’s doing, and she doesn’t even ask her more experienced colleagues for help. I wish I caught her name, but she needs to do better!"
