Reviews of Clover Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center
"My husband has been in 3 rehab facilities, this has been by far the best facility he has been in. The others cannot compare to high quality care he has been receiving in PT, OT, ST, and general healthcare. The staff has been wonderful and try their best to please the patients and their families! I could not think of a better place to send my husband. Thank you for taking him in."
"Highly recommended!!!!! On May 2, 2024 I went to Clover Meadows Rehab. I was transferred from the hospital bcs I couldn't stand or walk. When I got there I was afraid I wouldn't walk again. It was a rough start but no one gave up on me. If it weren't for Emily, Lila, Varenda and others I would still be in a wheel chair. They worked hard with me and gave me confidence to know I can do it. With all the love, care, push and motivation I am now walking, and am home. They are my family who I've grown to love and miss. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so special. Your queen of rehab.❤️ I will be back for a visit. As far as staff care and friendliness, awesome. Everyone treated me like a person. I was well taken care of. With everyone's help, nurses, aides, supervisors of all shifts I was able to do as much for myself with assistance. I was emotional when I left because of the warmth received."
"I arrived at Clover Meadows on June 7 in bad shape from a fractured pelvis and broken elbow sustained from a spill at a baseball stadium. I couldn't walk and my right arm was in a cast. Through extensive physical and occupational therapy from people like Neela, Vrunda, Shivani, Anna and Eva, I was able to strengthen my arm and leg to the point that my surgeon said my elbow was healed and I could put 80% weight on my leg. Dr. Rana and nurses Heather, Jean and Shay were so kind and attentive to my needs -- I can't thank them enough. I also want to give shoutouts to weekend supervisor Barbara and my main aides Helen and Hanefa for their quick response time whenever I needed something. (I do miss not having a call bell at home however!). Most of all, I want to thank Rachel and Emily for their strong management skills and unique ability to connect to patients in a way that makes them feel special. I won't miss being away from home but I do miss the special people I met during my 2-month stay. Best, Dave."
"Wow! the activity director at clover meadow is quite impressive. She is very attentive and professional to my loved one and the rest of the residents in the facility. I know my person is well taken care of to stay active in a holistic way. Highly recommend. Ileona, (I think that’s how you spell it) you rock!"
"My stay at Clover Meadows in Lawrenceville was an important part of my healing. I had spent considerable time in the hospital bedridden. Their rehab program was key to my returning to a normal and productive life. After leaving their care I was able to transition to intensive outpatient physical therapy services. But this review is not about their comprehensive program. It is about the staff and the concept of full engagement from Connie the receptionist, who greets you day in day out, to Dr. Rana, Jesenia, Sam, Emily, Jean and the many other staff members who made my stay pleasant, productive and memorable—may not recall all the names but shall fondly recall the actions. In summation, thank you from my wife and I who would recommend your facility with assurance that all who enter their doors will feel welcomed, safe and be well served."
