Reviews
"Doctor was extremely rude and talked about me to the nurses out in the hallway. I could hear everything she said loud and clear and it was far from kind. They also did pretty much nothing besides giving me juice and discharging me."
"I would recommend this ER if you want to die. Otherwise, stay far away. My right to refuse was denied, which means they do not get informed consent either. They also refused to run appropriate testing, and I had to go to my doctor, an urgent care, which sent me to a second Er, to get appropriate treatment. Most people can’t afford those copays, I was lucky. I also filed a complaint, not expecting anything, and surprise surprise, they have found they did nothing wrong. Stay far away."
"I feel compelled to write this review since I almost didn't take my son to this ER after reading all of the negative reviews. I brought my 17 year old son to the pediatric part of the ER and by the time I was done giving our information a nurse was already waiting to take us in. The nurse was extremely nice. I believe her name was Lilly. We only waited a few minutes before we saw Dr. Pressel. He was extremely thorough and spent a very long time with us to get to the bottom of what was going on with my son. He made sure we didn't have any more questions or concerns before leaving the room. Nurse Lilly came back to the room and gave us more information. She put us more at ease, which was truly appreciated. While I was waiting for my son who went to the bathroom, I noticed that the cleaning person immediately went into the room to clean it."
"Fever of 101.9 at 2pm. Show up at 220. Not seen until 630. Fever and 19 weeks pregnant. Forced to wait for 4 hours just to be seen. They didn't get me back there until I was on the floor in muscle pain (back, abdominal, kidneys, and sinuses). Told them I wanted a urine test for a UTI, covid test, and ultrasound to check on baby. They took me back to OB/GYN Triage. Didn't even get to see a Dr. They gave me a Midwife who seemed annoyed we were even there. She wouldn't let me speak, basically denied all my symptoms. She told me "I'm just sick and to go home. If it gets worse, go to Urgent Care to do a flu test." Oh..they used the fetal doppler for the heart rate. Took them forever to find it..mumbling "that's not good and it's faint...ohh there it is." Not exactly soothing nor professional. Didn't bother to check my ears..my throat..my breathing..nothing. Never again. My boyfriend and I are going to another urgent care tomorrow. If something happens to my baby or something is wrong..they will be receiving a letter and possible legal action. Not to mention, the front desk lady was rude. The woman who took my insurance was too busy discussing shopping with another coworker to even pay attention to me. Ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down or reevaluate the staff. Edit: went to a virtua urgent care in Mt. Holly. They tested for flu and covid and covid came back positive."
"Well organized , thoughtful professionals and support staff . Nobody wants to be here , they make the experience good as it could be ."
