"I have been going to John & Megan Kane's office for over 30 years but the last 4 years I did not need care through his office (first Covid &, I had other medical issues handled by specialists). They were sent all results and blood work etc through the years. I decided I wanted a well visit and was told I am now a new patient and they are not accepting any at this time!! I asked the woman who answered the phone to ask the Dr about this and she said she would. I have received no response. I am sooo disappointed that it doesn't feel like your old hometown doctor anymore!! I will find a new physician outside of their now network."

"Presented with chronic back pain, shortness of breath, and a cancer survivor. Was give an inhaler and sent on my way. Less than a month later I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer after a trip to the E.R. due to difficulty breathing. Had to have a drain placed due to the consistent and constant fluid build up in my pleural cavity."

"Both Dr. Kane (both doctors are married and ran the practice together) made it seem like there were no issues, while I was in the exam room for my annual physical. However, when I went back and read my summary for my visit, I was appalled about the ONE sentence that was written about me. Never once did the doctors ever mention anything to me in person about what they documented. Their language in their documentation was offensive, insensitive, inappropriate and very triggering. They need to do better and if they felt that strongly about their documentation, then they should have had a conversation with the patient about it."

"1st wellness visit was 2 years ago with John Kane. Told him something I was concerned about amd he said he would have someone reach out to me. They never did, I followed up and still nothing. He prescribed something that did not help at all. Went out on my own to find my own care. 2nd wellness visit was with Megan Kane. I was not told I had to fast and I've never had to before. She told me my previous test results required fasting. I had to make another appointment somewhere else for my bloodwork. I never even received prior results. She was incredibly condescending and judgemental throughout the visit. I also needed a prescription for mammogram. I have no concerns, it was just routine. She wrote it for 3D and did not mention that at all. When I scheduled my mammogram, the facility couldn't do it. So I wasted time and energy out of my work day and now have to either get a prescription or reschedule it at a place that does 3D. Definitely finding a new practice that actually cares. These doctors are horrible!"

"My patient went to see this doctor and was unable to get into an exam room only due to a wheelchair! The doctor was quite unconcerned and spent less time with this complex case than the admissions person did at check in. I was shocked to learn he was so mistreated and ignored. I question the doctors competency. I would not recommend this doctor. The building is obviously not up to code either."
