"This appointment with Dr. Heller was to establish me as a new patient. The office staff was friendly and prompt taking my information. I was taken on time. Thank you, Jackie, for the conversation and for taking my BP on my lower arm for reasons you were given. It means a lot when a patient is heard. Dr. Heller greeted me with a smile and a handshake. And it was apparent he read my medical history before coming in to meet me. He listened to and heard me when I told him who I was and why I was there. Dr. Heller understood and accepted my feelings on some homeopathic remedies and my wanting to have a say regarding any remedies decided on. That, alone, is MUCH appreciated. He was on top of what I needed regarding those tests we need yearly........and he made a couple good suggestions as well. I work with the public and hear horror stories from people regarding their medical docs. It is nice to find someone who is on top of things before you yourself are. Both the staff and Dr. Heller made me feel comfortable and, most importantly, like I was in good capable hands. You know, like when you have a pair of old comfortable shoes you can just step in to. "I have been going to this office for over 30 years. (Dr Dematteo and Associates) They were wonderful Doctors who have passed or retired now. The new staff and Dr Heller are not very good. Dr Heller makes me feel as if he is not even familiar with his patients/illnesses. Who does not remember visit to visit who we are. Never feel heard or helped. These actions have serious consequences for the patience care....and not go ones. Its ashame I would NOT recommend this office to anyone now. Hope the old Doctors are doing well they are missed greatly....."

"I’ve been going to this office for 20 years Ever since they changed doctors, the place has gone DOWN HILL. I’m currently sick, I’ve been for over a week. Had a virtual visit with Heller, he did nothing to help me, it was 30 seconds long I felt rushed. I feel unheard and not cared about. I’ve now had a headache for 4 days with no help to turn to. This is the second time I’ve tried to make an appointment to be SEEN and they fail to put me on the schedule in a timely manner. Never coming back. And I hope no one chooses this office. It’s a waste of time and is untrustworthy."
