"I've been going here for the past 2 - 3 years. I even had my now grown sons going here as their primary physician. They did an okay job for basic needs in the past, i.e. Common Cold, annual physical check etc. . . Of recent they seem to be just looking for ways to charge us a deductible for phone calls post visit. For example, my son did a blood work. They called us to consult the results and they charged us for it(It wasn't even the doctor calling). We're getting the bills sent to us in mail. I usually don't have a problem paying for services they provide and that is perfectly normal. I only started noticing since I've paid over a $150 in charges for simple silly thing over the phone in the last 2 months. These are 2 minute courtesy services that we expect from the service providers and not get a bill for it in mail. I will be looking for another Doctor at this point!"
