"Years ago would have gotten 5 stars. 2 years ago up until 2/23/23 , 1 star is too much. Care , compassion and competency non existent especially when the real nurse & staff are no longer there…… need I say more"
"Scheduled an appointment one month out, mailed test results (yes mail only, no email) that were reasons for the referral from the primary doctor. Waited for 4 weeks, week prior to appointment date was told it was cancelled. First explanation given that this was because scheduling conflict (!), then it changed to absence of test results and some prior records request. Patient is healthy and has no prior record, other than test results that were already mailed earlier. Extremely unprofessional office staff, 4 weeks waiting to see a doctor and now need to find another one. You are not selling furniture, such delays can be deadly. If wait of now 8 weeks results in health implications I wont hesitate to persue legal measures."
"My wife has been calling the past few weeks to get her refills for her meds for her lupus and ckd. The doctor she saw at the hospital was great. Thats why she decided to go with him. The staff on the other hand, terrible. Multiple calls and voice messages the past few weeks, no call backs. She is going to run out of meds by the end of the week. This is pathetic! This is someone's life that needs these meds to help her with these conditions. The doctor really needs to have a serious talk with his staff."
