"I spent an hour waiting to be seen by doctor and then an hour she talked about off topic health advices and then when I got to actual concerns - she didn’t had time for them. I appreciate all the good things she spoke about and her positivity but if she spent that time treating my concerns, i would have appreciated more. Overall she spent one and hour talking to me but only saw one concern. She said she can only see or hear to one concern at a time and need to make follow ups for other skin concerns. My family got tired of waiting for me in the car in the parking lot on a hot sunny day! She made me fill out my pharmacy info and yet directed me to go through her pharmacy contact. She made me two trips to pay her copay warning to add late payment if not dropped off when her printer wasn’t working the time I visited and while I was willing to pay for it the same day. I made several attempts to pay on the phone, but the only option given was to come and pay it. My receipt was giving over email later. The only way you could talk to them is via email for the most part. I thought it was very unprofessional environment and practices!"
