PNC Bank 331 3rd Avenue, Alpha, NJ 08865

"I’ve been a PNC personal banking customer for 25years. (Though I do have business accounts with three other banks) Never had any problems with PNC until now (their mobile app is the best). On Monday Jan 29th 2024, I went to the ATM at this branch to find that though all other services were available; no cash withdrawals. Since I needed cash immediately I went into the branch and was immediately transported back to 1979. Two tellers were open “We’ll be with you in a moment”. 10 minutes later it began. Could the teller take my card and have me enter a pin, get my money and be on my way? NO! I had to produce my drivers license, fill out a paper (yes paper, y’know papyrus) withdrawal slip, then wait for lots of tippy tapping on a computer (could have been a typewriter, I didn’t check), then wait for a manual count followed by a machine count of my bills. What would have taken 30 seconds at the ATM turned into a 15 minute odyssey into banking history. Not impressed."

"Love the staff at this branch for my business banking. Moving the office but will continue to use them."

"Racist experience . I needed a bank certified check for 5k and was told to come back with ID . I came back with a passport and was told I need to come back with ID with my address on it . I have never had an issue with ID and making a withdrawal and was told to go back to my home bank and then refused to serve me when I told them they had an issue with giving me my money . Then she tried to keep my banking info that had my social on it . She then tried to say my passport was fake ."

"You shut down while I was in line at the drive through! Left me stranded with no fuel... I begged for service and the teller shrugged her shoulders and said ohh well... I don't believe how my business isn't worth 5 minutes of PNC time"
