"They NEVER answer the phone, always goes to voicemail, rarely get call back. I called customer relations for the practice another time so you would think someone made changes with communication in the office but nothing has changed. Endocrinologists are few and far between so your either left traveling or having to accept poor service."

"I would recommend Dr Lind with 10 stars if I could. There are not a lot of doctors like this anymore. He takes his time to explain things without ever making you feel rushed. He is straightforward with you, but in a way that makes you calm and relaxed not frenzied like some doctors. I absolutely love Dr Lind and will never go to a different Endocrinologist. I wish there were more doctors like him."

"I have been going here for many years and it has been a frustrating experience getting my prescriptions filled and scheduling appointments. It is rare I get someone to answer the phone. Using their NextMD website, which is meant to improve the experience, ends up leaving your treatment in limbo as I have found the staff to be unresponsive or they get the prescription wrong. It is really sad because the Dr.'s are very good. Previously Dr. Agarwala and now Dr. Lind have been very good while attending me in person. However, I can't in good faith recommend this practice due to the logistical challenges I have experienced in maintaining the treatment due to the nurses and office staff."

"I'm going to do two separate reviews: Dr. Lind: Five stars. I have never felt so validated at an appointment. He listened, was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and at ease, and I felt like I was getting detailed care. I was not rushed in my appointment at all and he listened to me and was genuine in wanting to help. All things I look for in a doctor. The office staff: 1 star. This is unfortunately the reason I am leaving this practice for another. After 4 failed schedulings for my appointment, many missed and clearly not even heard phone calls, and not at all listening to what I have asked for 8 times, this staff has caused me to delay getting my medication for two months. I cannot keep delaying and going through this. At this point I'm also convinced they simply delete messages. I had one person who was very nice at Dr. Lind's Pennington office, but everyone else has been rude and has no concern for the patient. I should have listened to the other reviews. If Dr. Lind ever moves to another practice or gets a new office staff 10/10 I would go back. In the meantime I will receive my care elsewhere where I can actually get help."

"Dr. Sandburg is wonderful - I was very impressed with his thoroughness and he really spent a lot of time and effort to understand my symptoms. The rating is low because, if you need to talk with the clinical or office staff, even if the topic is somewhat urgent, your options are to keep calling (no one answers) or leave a message (no one returns your call). If they can fix that, it would be a wonderful place to go."
