"Called in to try and get an appointment to get looked at. Was told this office only deals with current patients. So they don't want new ones? I moved to mount olive 5 yrs ago and have used a doctors office in cedar knolls. I guess I can't experience the convenience of a doctors office down the road from me? I was treated like my concerns don't even matter. So no appointments with new patients, no walk ins even willing to wait (the website actually has a tab that states walk-ins) and a demeanor of they're just too busy to bothered by my inquiry. Excellent customer service."
