"I salute front line workers in these difficult times. But today at 12 noon, I spoke to Dr, April for a Covid test and she told me to come after half an hour to collect the test kit. I went at 1pm and there was no test kit. I call from the parking lot and the girl picks up the phone to say hold. No courtesy of saying “please can you hold.” I was on hold for 15 minutes and then when inside. The girl at the counter wasn’t doing anything. I told her I was on hold for the past 15 minutes. She says that everyone is on lunch break and to come back after half an hour. IS THIS HOW THEY TREAT PATIENTS..disgusting. Dr. Nicholas is a good doctor. Cannot say anything about the others."

"I called in asking for an appointment . The person answering the phone was very stand off. Ive been a patient of Dr. Leggerio since 1994. i left for a breif time i was unemployed they did not take my insurance. I wanted to go back Dr. Leggerio. He is a great doctor. I trust him 100% Im upset now. I made an appointment for the 17th. Im calling back to morristown family. Shocked at the person answering the phone. Dr. Leggerio is great. I had to ask her. Do you want my phone number or anything."

"My brother in law recommened Dr. Hoey to me a few years ago and I couldn't be happier. She's one of the sweetest and caring women I've ever met. She not only sees me but also my 3 month old (who absolutely adores Dr. Hoey!) She takes ask much time as needed during appointments and takes the extra time to answer ANY questions you may have. On top of that the nurses and ladies at the front desk are very kind. I highly recommend Lakeview Medical!"
