"Where to start. Went to see the doctor ingrassi. Big mistake seeing a new doctor for a second opinion. Came in for pain In my leg. She prescribed a drug after we told her we didn’t want to take it because it’s hard to come off that drug. I didn’t know at the time. Came in for a follow up for my leg, or so I thought, and when I was asked if I’m still taking that drug prescribed by her and I didn’t know what it was and the nurse told me what it was for. I confronted the doctor about it saying I didn’t want to take it and she proceeds to tell me in these exact words. “I don’t care what you want”. I was shocked that was her answer. A normal doctor would take my concerns into consideration and give me effects of not taking that drug. She pretty much forced me to take the pills by saying it was something else. I asked what it was and so did my wife. She lied right to our faces. Steer clear of this doctor at all costs unless you like doctors lying to you and prescribing drugs you don’t want."

"Wow where should I start. My mother who was in pain and bedridden needed a prescription during a holiday weekend and boy did we get the true blue from her. Let’s just say nicely that she is the most unprofessional incompetent rude insensitive excuse I’ve ever encountered as a human being never mind a supposed do tor. A far cry from a decent genuine human she should be ashamed of her actions. DO NOT use her for anything, horrible behavior, Knowledge and demeanor…. She’s just looking for easy money from the elderly, with her 1 min or less visits…. What a joke!!!"

"I’m a bit perplexed with some of these comments. The staff seems very friendly. The doctor is pleasant and I find she is a very good diagnostician. As far as test results go, sometimes you do have to call after 5 days if you’ve not received a call. Just surprised people have had negative experiences especially saying the doctor and np are riude and won’t answer questions. Not at all my experience over 5 years of using this practice."

"Stay far far away from this doctor. Her unprofessionalism personally and that of her staff is the worst. I went in for an infection I had been trying to treat with OTC medication. I let them know what I had been taking and that I was in serious pain. They were supposed to call me once they had confirmed the issue and let me know that the RX had been called in. I never heard from them so I called to see what was going on. I got in touch with them about 25 minutes before they closed for the night. They confirmed that I did have an infection and that someone would call me to talk with me about it and (again) confirm that a prescription had been called in. No one called. I waited about 45 minutes after they closed thinking they were just slammed and backed up but they were not there. So I called the pharmacy thinking surely they called it in and forgot to let me know (fortunately they had done that so I rushed over to get it from the pharmacy). This was on a Thursday. It's Saturday as I write this. I'm sitting in urgent care because not only was the infection not better, it has gotten much worse. I decided to look up the prescription the doctor's office gave me and guess what... It was the OTC medication I had been taking. Just a little stronger. And guess what else, it's not an antibiotic so the infection is just festering and getting worse. I had been twice before and noticed other signs this place was not quite above board but I wanted to trust that this doctor had my best interest in mind. I was wrong. This feels like a shoddy fly by night operation. Find someone else and stay away from this woman and her staff."

"Go here for all my needs and always leave happy and more knowledgeable about my situation wether it's medical, mental health or nutrition. The staff goes above and beyond and listens with care and responds with care. This is by far the best place around and it starts from the very beginning when your making your appointment with the two front desk ladies who always treat me with respect no matter how much of a pain I'm being with questions. My whole family goes here and never an issue. Super stoked my Mother recommend this place to me. And they even have a place to get blood tests with no appointment needed and open at 7:30am. Comes in handy trust me and they are good because I'm a tough stick. Anyway hope this helps if you're thinking about going. Just go ahead and make an appointment you won't regret it."
