"This review has to do with Dr. Kahlam’s office. This is regarding the office staff and not Dr Kahlam’s medical professionalism. I set a doctors appointment for Friday September 6th, 2019 over the phone. As usual over the phone before they set an appointment they ask what type of insurance you have and after giving my insurance information they said they accepted my insurance and we set an appointment. Upon arriving on the 6th of September and filling out all the necessary forms I was told that they do not except my insurance. This is unacceptable. I took a half day off of work which I do not get paid for and now I have to take another half day off work to schedule with another doctor with a more competent staff."

"I was referred to Dr. Kahlam by my M.D. for a routine colonoscopy and I found his staff to be friendly and helpful. Dr. Kahlam himself was wonderful. We had a brief office visit then the following day he performed the procedure at a local surgical center.
