"Dr Matteson is pretty good, knowledgeable, answers questions, he’s got very good bedside manner. Office staff is a joke, don’t bother going if you need to schedule a procedure with office find a different doctor, they don’t call back and it took an act of god to get my procedure scheduled. Made appointment for follow up, arrived 20 minutes early as requested to wait an additional 40 minutes to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. I’ll never go back."

"They care more about getting paid then they do about their patients. I had a huge kidney stone. So Dr, Matteson put a stent in and he would not take it out until I paid all of the money up front even before it was submitted to my insurance. He left me in terrible pain for many months during which I went to his office 8 times and 3 hospital procedures including a 3 day hospital stay. I had to go to the office and beg him to take it out. Finally he performed the procedure months later. He left the stone in and lied about taking it out. I developed a serious infection and when I sought treatment from him he laughed at me. He has to be the worst Dr. on the planet. I had to go to Morristown to find a competent doctor who took care of me."

"The office staff and “manager” are horrible. Particularly Aida (office manager) and Jill (office staff?) who answers phones. 2 prescriptions were sent in late for approval 2 separate times. I need my meds. When I was calling concerned about a 3rd time and ensuring it was done properly on time, I was told that my “anxiety” is causing my worry. Nice way to talk to your patients! WOW! Just WOW! Dr Hall and Lauren the nurse are awesome. If they fixed their staff issue it would be an A+ facility."
