"I highly recommend this particular Wells Fargo! The staff are extremely helpful, and always nice to my boyfriend and me. In the past year we went through the grueling process of attempting to purchase a house, and as stressful as that situation was, they did their best to help us through the whole process. They were always very kind and patient with us, which meant a great deal to us both. Recently I was added to my boyfriends account, and the whole experience beginning to end with this Wells Fargo really surpassed my expectations, as they were more than accommodating; and their willingness to go the extra mile cemented my decision to finally bank with them. One of the regular tellers (I’m so sorry, I wish I remembered her name!) and the banker Kelly made us an appointment somehow even with our difficult to sync up work schedules. Not only did they find an appointment for us, but they found one quickly as well. Kelly is both professional and courteous. She really knows what she’s talking about, and she explains everything really well. She even called me just to follow up and make sure that everything went okay with me being added to the account, receiving my debit card, etc. That just really stood out to me. The whole process felt seamless, and I honestly can admit that I was more than skeptical that it would be this easy. While I am no stranger to the fact that sometimes situation‘s with banking can be frustrating, it helps immensely when the employees at your bank actually try to help you, and actually seem like they WANT to help you. I cannot praise them enough for making our experiences consistently so pleasant. Previously I had always banked with PNC, and I always felt like every interaction I had with them I was an inconvenience or like I was bothering them. Especially the one on third Street in Easton. I know I made the right decision switching banks, and I want to say a huge thank you to everybody there! Plus as a sidenote, their custom debit card feature for the checking account is awesome! And it’s free, no really it’s free! I just thought that was worth pointing out"
"I've been few times to this branch of Wells Fargo. I've been using Drive-through ATM. I've never had a bad experience with tellers or bankers, in fact opposite. All of them very polite, nice and easy-going. My Banker is at this branch. I like the location on Rt 22, and next to shopping area, close I-78. I love the drive through ATM, has cover above))) (the previous branch I used to go to, didn't have, my hand used to soak in rain))"
"I went in this morning to close an account at this bank. I have a legal power of attorney. I was treated incredibly rudely and told I would be required to make an appointment to come back because they were too busy with other appointments today. I was also informed that It would take some time to complete the request. The attitude of the individual who came out to speak with me for quite a while after I was sitting there was not only condescending but downright rude. Unfortunately this system does not permit us to give negative marks."
