Quality Painting

"My review keeps getting deleted. I was happy with the paint job Quality Painting did and the guys who work for Justin were amazing. Professional, responsible, respectful and trustworthy. However about 6-8 months after the paint job it looked horrible. Stain in the ceiling they said they would fix is now showing through. Nail pops they said they would take care of are now visible. There are so many defects in the walls that are now showing through. Things Justin assured me would be taken care of. I painted a room before they did my 4 rooms and that room looks great still. A few months after they did the work I painted 2 more rooms and a finished basement and no nail pops coming through. I think they only do one coat of primer which really isn’t effective and scrimp on the paint. Not only that but 4 rooms were painted by them and no paint left over?? I paid a lot for paint and not even 1/2 gallon left? I have so many touch ups to do and had to buy new paint and who knows what they use because no matter what sheen I bought it doesn’t look the same as what they used. I think the business is definitely not “quality” and as a business not trustworthy whatsoever. Not worth the money they charge. Find another company to do your painting. It seems all the good reviews stay but the bad reviews keep disappearing."

"Their business description states that they are 'trustworthy' and 'committed to honesty and customer service'...nothing could be further from the truth. It took Justin 3 weeks to return my initial phone call and then when he finally came to see my home he ensured me that he would provide an estimate in just a matter of days. Well, it's been over 2 weeks and I've received no estimate and he has not bothered to return either phone calls or texts. A person who claims to be trustworthy, honest and committed to customer service would have the decency to, at the very least, let someone know that they're not interested in the job. As far as I'm concerned Quality Painting is completely unprofessional and unreliable and doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating."

"Justin, Bob and the rest of the crew at Quality Painting and Quality Flooring are simply wonderful! When we found a home we loved in the area we knew right away we would need to paint the entire interior, put in updated flooring, fix some wood rot outside and do some exterior painting as well. The guys at Quality not only gave us the most reasonable quote for the job but also were able to fit us into their schedule and meet our deadline for our move in date. I can’t say enough great things about how wonderful our home looks now. The interior and exterior paint is flawless, the carpet is the most plush I’ve ever walked on and the hardwoods they installed match the existing floors perfectly! They look like they were always there. We also had some box/picture frame moldings added to our dining room and it looks like a million dollars now! Such a beautiful upgrade with the new paint. We also had some other repair issues on the home we needed addressed. Instead of having to call multiple contractors, Quality was able to address EVERYTHING on our list and more! From updating light and plumbing fixtures to installing bathroom and ceiling fans to correcting prior leaks to installing appliances, Quality has made our home look AMAZING! I could go on and on. The guys do exceptional work and are trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable and just all around great guys to work with. You won’t be disappointed in anything you hire them to do!"

"We just had our house interior painted. It took four days. Fantastic job. I am so happy with the work. The crew was a bunch of incredibly professional, polite, patient young men. Price was what we expected, great communication from Justin, punctual crew. I also had our upstairs re-carpeted by this company. The carpet looks wonderful. The price was comparable to the big box stores. Again, a professional, polite, patient crew. I highly recommend this company."
