"Refused to help me figure out a way to get my medication refill (not a pain med) mandatory I take as a preventative to keep my RA in remission. Took 1 month to coordinate a direction then he says see another doctor in Florida or pay to fly back and see me. Have been a patient for over 10 years. He knew I lived in Florida part time. One time, I dropped the ball and needed a refill while in Florida. Staff is rude, doctor could care less about the damage my joints will endure without the medication for two months. It will be another month before I can get in to a Florida doctor at minimum. Asked about getting labs here, said no. Zoom call- no. Two week script since communication has already taken a month to allow me time to get into another doctor - No. Not fair I was made to feel like I was being an inconvenience for trying to find a way to get my meds that HE told me I cannot be off of. Very unjust. Hopefully, someone will hold him accountable. Too late for me, but please trust in him wisely. It is obvious he has never felt the pain that RA can cause when flared up. Choose your healthcare provider wisely. Office manager is extremely rude as well. Patient for over ten years and asked to pay hundreds to fly back for a refill (no bloodwork ever required) just to see him and say I am fine just need medication you scared me into believing if I was not on that I would get really sick. Never once took the time to call me and discuss. Awful person."
