"I am very disappointed with this practice. I had a colonoscopy done in November after a positive Cologuard test. Dr. Lindy was not able to complete the procedure and said that I had to have it done again. He told me in recovery that his office would be in contact with me to reschedule it. After not hearing anything from them I tried calling. I have been leaving messages both on his answering machine as well as talking directly with his staff and after THREE MONTHS, I still have not received a return phone call! This is unacceptable. If my Cologuard test turns out to be accurate, this could mean my life! I now have to start from the beginning, find another doctor, go for another consultation and then finally get the test done. If a doctor (or his office) is going to be so cavalier and unconcerned with someone’s life, he should not be allowed to practice medicine!"
