"I had today the worst experience in a medical office. The front desk female instead of saying hello as I get in the office, started attacking me for not answering a phone call, she said, she made to me this past week, to reschedule the appointment. I have not received any phone call or voice message. I am not coming back to this office; if you would like your office to survive, I highly recommend you to IMMEDIATELY change your EXTREMELY RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF! After one day of this situation I received a phone call and an email stating that I missed the appointment. THAT IS A LIE!! I WAS THERE, THE DOCTOR WAS NOT!"

"I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and they acted like it was the end of the world. The front desk people BOTH of them were extremely rude and said I don’t think we can see you. Okay are you seeing me or not than they see me and just are completely rude to the point where I just wanted to walk out but I have been in pain for 2 months due to carpal tunnel. The one receptionist reeks like cigarettes they are extremely unprofessional and if you think your office is going to survive I would highly suggest new staff another note having and asthma attack cause it stinks inside here so bad like smoke. Do not recommend 0 stars"

"I work in the medical field. I cannot tell you how important it is that you have a professional and courteous front staff. It’s literally the first impression that a patient gets for the office. The ladies at check in were making comments about myself and not understanding how I was not able to “figure out “ how to fill out the new patient paperwork online. When I called to make the appointment, they were very short with me but I just dismissed it and still confirmed my appointment and went in. The doctor herself was great, but I will not be recommending this office to anyone, and it’s just because of the unprofessionalism I experienced from the front staff."

"Straight to the point no fluff type of doctor. She's intelligent and has been pivotal during my knee and neck injuries. She thoroughly explained everything to me an I'm on a path to recovery. There was some miscommunication with my insurance carrier and the office ladies called them to straighten it out. This former corpsman ( aka medic) was impressed."
