"Bank staff are very nice. But they need a bigger sign at the entrance so you will know when to turn into their driveway. Their computer system is very old. Takes awhile to remove the monies spent already. Takes 3-4 days to register in their application."
"Worst bank manager I have ever seen. Not only refused to help but would not take two minutes to listen to me. When I asked her to call customer service she said they were closed because it was Saturday. When I explained I had just talked to them. She still would not call. The only reason. I needed help was that their mobile deposit app would not work for me or others. I explained to her I was a customer for 30 years. Did not matter. I am now in the process of closing the account. Very sad."
